The Nitty-Gritty Stuff

NO SMOKING on the trails, in the woods, or in the cabin. Use receptacles on the cabin porches for ashes, etc. Please do not flick ashes over the railings, or onto the dry leaf-covered ground!

Our sewer system cannot handle the kinds of things that a big city system can. So PLEASE, do not put paper towels, or other inappropriate waste in the toilet!
Bring clothing appropriate to the expected weather but be weary of unexpected Mountain weather. It can change rapidly.

The person booking the cabin must be at least 25 years old and be either the person or spouse of the person, whose name appears on the check. This person must be willing to take full responsibility, be with their guest the entire stay, and sign our Liability Release form that will be sent along with the Rental Statement.

Please know that the person renting the cabin must be at least 25 years old to rent from us & will be asked for identification at time of check in.

Know that our rental cabin is a privately owned secondary home. The cabin is beautifully furnished and well kept. It is our goal to keep it this way. It is not a party cabin, if you are a college party group we suggest you inquire with another company in the area other than us.

We have a Strict No Smoking Policy in our cabin. Please respect the next guest scheduled to arrive after your departure and do not smoke inside the cabin. You may smoke outside on the porches or decks. Please do not dispose of cigarettes in the yard area or in our woods. Smoking inside the cabin is an automatic forfeit of deposit.

Pets will be considered. We love are pets and are members of the family. We take each case into consideration.

Any additional charges for cleaning will be billed to the renter. .
Please respect the cabin and take care of it. The cleaning fee does not mean we are allowing you to leave the cabin in unsanitary condition. We reserve the right to charge for extra cleaning expenses.

Any additional damages to the cabin that exceed the $200 deposit will be billed to the renter.
